The Langtang Valley trek in Nepal is a stunning collection of landscapes and authentic Nepalese culture all within easy reach of Kathmandu. Being one of the most offbeat trails that is devoid of crowds, trekking in this lovely valley will take trekkers across some of the best terrains and landscapes of Nepal and will leave you awestruck and craving for more. The trek is easily accessible from Kathmandu as it starts from a tiny town of Syabru Besi taking you across lovely forests, alpine meadows, green pastures and the fantastic Kyangjin Gompa, a Buddhist monastery. We will also hike to the highest point of this trek, the Kyangjin Ri Peak at 4770 M which gives you a panoramic view of the Himalayan mountains of Nepal. The best time to do this trek is in the months of March to June and September to December.
